The examination timetable for the end-of-semester exams has been released by the Academic Affairs Directorate. All Computer Science students are advised to check the official timetable carefully and plan accordingly.
Where to Find the Timetable
The official timetable has been posted on:
- The departmental notice board (CS Department, Block F, 2nd Floor)
- The ATU iCampus portal under “Exam Schedule”
- The COMPSSA WhatsApp groups for each level
Exam Schedule Overview
Examinations will run from March 16 to March 28, 2026. Morning sessions begin at 8:30 AM and afternoon sessions at 1:30 PM. Each exam is 2-3 hours depending on the course.
Important Rules & Reminders
- Student ID is mandatory: You will not be allowed into the exam hall without a valid student ID card. If you’ve lost yours, visit the Student Affairs office immediately to get a replacement.
- No phones allowed: Mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. Leave it with a friend or in your bag — being caught with a phone (even switched off) is treated as exam malpractice.
- Arrive 30 minutes early: Latecomers (more than 30 minutes after the exam starts) will not be admitted.
- Dress code: Proper academic dress is required — no slippers, no sleeveless tops.
- Bring your own materials: Pens, pencils, rulers, calculators (where permitted), and erasers. Borrowing during exams is not allowed.
Exam Clashes
If you have two exams scheduled at the same time, report the clash to the CS department office or the Academic Affairs Directorate before March 10. Clashes reported after this date may not be resolved in time.
Study hard, stay focused, and remember — preparation beats panic every time. Good luck to all students!
The COMPSSA executives wish everyone a successful examination period.
